To ensure a safe, comfortable and pleasant journey for our guests, drivers and vehicles, please read the following guidelines carefully before confirming your booking.
1 Vehicle Booking & Full-Day Charges
- When a vehicle is booked for full-day sightseeing or for a specific duration, the vehicle is reserved exclusively for the guest for the confirmed period.
- If the guest decides to finish sightseeing early, skips sightseeing points or asks the vehicle to be released before the booked time, the agreed booking amount will remain unchanged.
- No discount or partial refund will be applicable merely because the guest chooses to use the vehicle for fewer hours or fewer sightseeing points.
2 Hotel Return During Sightseeing
- If guests leave the hotel for sightseeing and later request the vehicle to return to the hotel, and then ask the vehicle to come back again for further sightseeing, this must be informed and agreed before booking/payment confirmation.
- Hotel return and subsequent pickup may involve additional distance, time and vehicle usage.
- If this requirement was not included in the original booking, additional charges may apply.
- Requests made after sightseeing has started will be subject to vehicle availability and additional charges.
3 Vehicle Cleanliness
- Guests are requested to keep the vehicle clean throughout the journey.
- Throwing food wrappers, bottles, tissues, tobacco products or any other waste inside the vehicle is not permitted.
- Guests should use the dustbin/waste bag provided or keep their waste with them until a suitable disposal point is available.
- Food and beverages should be handled carefully to avoid stains or damage to the vehicle.
4 Alcohol & Intoxicated Behaviour
- Consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is not permitted unless specifically agreed under a suitable private/group arrangement and permitted by applicable law.
- Guests are not permitted to create nuisance, use abusive language, fight, threaten the driver or other passengers, damage the vehicle or behave in a manner that creates a safety risk.
- If a guest is heavily intoxicated or behaves in a way that makes the driver feel unsafe, the driver may stop the vehicle at a safe and appropriate location and may refuse to continue the journey.
- In such circumstances, the guest may be required to arrange alternative transportation at their own cost.
- No refund or reduction in the agreed booking amount will normally be provided if the service has to be stopped due to the guest's unsafe, abusive or intoxicated behaviour.
- The driver has the right to prioritise the safety of the vehicle, passengers and himself/herself.
5 Driver Safety & Respect
- The driver is responsible for safely operating the vehicle and must be allowed to concentrate on driving.
- Guests must not distract the driver, repeatedly demand unsafe stops, ask the driver to overspeed, or pressure the driver to violate traffic rules.
