Terms & Conditions

1 Booking & Confirmation

• A booking will be considered confirmed only after confirmation from Lovely Shiva Tours & Travels.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
• The booking confirmation will be based on the details shared by the guest, including travel dates, pickup/drop locations, number of passengers and vehicle category.
• Any change in the booking details should be informed to us as early as possible.

2 Vehicle & Driver

• The vehicle provided will be according to the category confirmed at the time of booking.
• In case of any unavoidable situation, vehicle breakdown, maintenance issue or other operational reason, Lovely Shiva Tours & Travels may provide a similar or equivalent vehicle.
• The driver will follow the agreed itinerary and route as far as road, weather, traffic and local conditions permit.
• The vehicle is provided for the agreed number of passengers only. Overloading is not permitted.

3 Sightseeing & Itinerary

• The itinerary provided to the guest is subject to road conditions, weather, traffic, local restrictions and availability.
• Sightseeing timings may change due to traffic, weather, local restrictions, parking availability or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Guests must follow the instructions of the driver/representative regarding road safety, parking and vehicle movement.
• The vehicle will generally follow the sightseeing points mentioned in the confirmed itinerary. Additional sightseeing points may attract additional charges.
• Entry tickets, activity charges, guide charges, ropeway tickets, monument fees and other personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned in the booking.

4 Pickup & Drop

• Guests are requested to be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location.
• Delays caused by the guest may affect the sightseeing schedule.
• Waiting charges may apply if the vehicle has to wait beyond the agreed time.
• For railway station/airport/bus stand pickup, guests should provide correct arrival details and immediately inform us of any delay or change.

5 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra kilometres or additional sightseeing
• Extra waiting time
• Additional pickup/drop locations
• Detours or route changes requested by the guest
• Late-night/early-morning services, where applicable
• Additional parking, toll, permits or government charges not included in the confirmed package
• Any service requested outside the confirmed itinerary

Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to the guest wherever reasonably possible.

6 Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their own luggage, mobile phones, wallets, jewellery, documents and other personal belongings.
• Lovely Shiva Tours & Travels will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• Guests are requested to check the vehicle carefully before leaving it.

7 Passenger Safety & Conduct

• Seat belts should be used wherever provided.
• Guests must not engage in any activity that may compromise the safety of the driver, passengers or vehicle.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, illegal substances or any unlawful activity inside the vehicle is not permitted.
• Guests may be asked to leave the vehicle if their behaviour creates a serious safety risk or causes damage to the vehicle.

8 Weather, Road & Force Majeure

Himachal Pradesh is a mountainous region and travel can be affected by weather and road conditions.

Lovely Shiva Tours & Travels will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Heavy snowfall or rainfall
• Landslides
• Roadblocks or road closures
• Traffic restrictions
• Government/local administration orders
• Natural disasters
• Vehicle restrictions
• Strikes, protests or other unforeseen circumstances

In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative route, vehicle or arrangement wherever possible.

9 Hotel & Third-Party Services

Where hotel bookings, activities, restaurants, guides or other third-party services are arranged through us, those services may also be subject to the respective provider's terms, availability and cancellation policy.

10 Guest-Requested Changes

Any change requested by the guest after confirmation, including change of vehicle, route, hotel, dates, sightseeing points or pickup/drop location, will be subject to availability and applicable additional charges.

11 Payment

• All payments must be made through the payment method communicated by Lovely Shiva Tours & Travels.
• The guest should retain payment/booking confirmation for their records.
• Any outstanding amount must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.

12 Disputes & Complaints

Guests are requested to contact Lovely Shiva Tours & Travels as soon as possible if they experience any issue during the trip so that we can try to resolve it promptly.

Any dispute arising from the services will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the appropriate jurisdiction.

13 Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking or using our services, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

14 Jurisdiction & Legal Action

In case of any dispute, complaint, legal matter, or any alleged illegal activity arising in connection with the booking or services provided by Lovely Shiva Tours & Travels, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh only. No legal proceedings shall be initiated or pursued in any other jurisdiction, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
